A direct bus to Tsukioka Onsen is available from Niigata Station (approximately 60 minutes). If you take the JR Uetsu Line to Tsukioka Station, we offer free shuttle service (approximately 7 minutes) if you contact us in advance. It takes approximately 40 minutes by taxi from Niigata Airport to Tsukioka Onsen. You can also take a shuttle bus to Niigata Station, then transfer by train and bus.

By car: Kan'etsu Expressway → Nagaoka JCT → Hokuriku Expressway → Niigata Chuo JCT → Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway → exit at Toyosaka Niigata Higashi-ko IC, about 15 km to Tsukigaoka Onsen. Journey time approximately 5 hours. By train: Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Niigata Station (approx. 2 hours 10 minutes), then direct bus to Tsukigaoka Onsen (approx. 60 minutes).

Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:30, and check-out is from 7:00 to 10:00. The front desk is busiest at 15:00, so arriving slightly later will be smoother. We recommend settling your bill in advance before 10:00 checkout.

By car: About 15 km from Toyosaka Niigata East Port IC. About 5 hours from Tokyo, 3.5 hours from Sendai, 2 hours from Yamagata. By shinkansen/train: Tokyo Station → Joetsu shinkansen to Niigata Station (about 2 hours 10 minutes) → direct bus to Tsukioka Hot Spring (about 60 minutes). Yamagata Station → Uetsu Main Line express to Shibata Station (about 1 hour 25 minutes) → direct bus to Tsukioka Hot Spring (about 25 minutes), or free shuttle from Tsukioka Station about 7 minutes (advance notice required). By airplane: About 40 minutes by taxi from Niigata Airport.

We have rooms designed for families with children: Shikitei Iroha, Satsukitei Yamanoha, and Japanese-style Bed Rooms. The maximum group size is 6 people. For groups of 3 or more, we provide premium 5-layer bedding. Please see our website's children's accommodation page for details.

Room requests are available for an additional charge of ¥2,200 (tax included). Please specify your preferred room type (Japanese-style, Western-style, etc.) at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, but we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.

We offer 4 types: ① Shikitei Iroha (approximately 65 m², with living area, Japanese-style room, bedroom, and semi-open-air bath; 4 rooms) ② Satsukitei Yamanoha (approximately 55 m², with Japanese-style room, bedroom, and views bath; 4 rooms) ③ Japanese-style Bed Room (approximately 40 m²; 14 rooms) ④ Twin Room (approximately 30 m²; 16 rooms). All rooms are equipped with 2 Simmons semi-double beds.

The maximum number of guests per group is 6 people. This applies regardless of the number of rooms reserved (1 group does not necessarily equal 1 room).

We do not have banquet halls, karaoke, snack bars, or other facilities for group entertainment. We prioritize a quiet environment for guests to relax, and we do not accept group bookings.

The lounge drink counter is open from 7:00–10:00 and 15:00–21:00. We offer complimentary drinks. The shop is also open from 7:00–10:00 and 15:00–21:00, where you can purchase Niigata rice crackers and local crafts.

An outdoor parking lot adjacent to the building is available with sufficient spaces, and no reservation is required. During winter (December–March), snow chains or studless tires are essential due to icy roads and snow (accumulation of 30–50 cm in heavy snow years).
