Is there a shuttle service?
We offer shuttle service from Maibara Station. By taxi from Hikone or Maibara Station takes approximately 10 minutes. Please confirm details with the hotel at the time of booking.

We have tennis courts, 3×3 basketball courts, futsal courts, and a kids' area with play equipment and striders. Water sports such as SUP and kayaking are also available in the surrounding area.

What kind of facility is the observation lounge?
"Lake Lounge Ōmi" on the top floor (10th floor) is an observation lounge with 360-degree panoramic views of Lake Biwa and the Hira mountain range. It features a mini library, select shop, and free drink booth, and is available for guests to use freely during their stay.
Is there a pool?
We operate an outdoor pool during the summer season. Guests can use it free of charge during operating hours between check-in and check-out (day-use is not available).

You can use our private hot spring "Biwa Lake Matsubara Onsen (sodium bicarbonate spring)" with a large public bath, open-air bath, sauna, and jet bath. Some guest rooms also feature private open-air baths (up to 125 sqm and larger).
