Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between you and us regarding the Service.

Fees follow the plan you select on the pricing page, and listed prices include consumption tax. Monthly plans are charged in advance by credit card at sign-up and on each monthly renewal date. Where the pricing page sets a monthly number of included web chats and a fee for extra chats, chats beyond the included number (one AI reply counts as one chat; only replies in the chat placed on your own website are counted, and replies on TripCorpus property pages, in-house QR pages and Ask about your trip are not; counted per calendar month in UTC) are charged at the listed rate to your registered credit card during the following month. Web chat keeps answering after the included number is used up. After cancellation, extra chats from the last month of use are charged in the same way during the following month. Replies that we determine were caused by unauthorized third-party access are not counted. Paid plans are billed monthly by credit card only; we do not offer annual contracts, invoice billing or bank transfer, and we do not issue qualified invoices under Japan's invoice system. The Site plan add-on "Chinese and Korean language pack" (¥5,500 per month, tax included) is charged to your credit card when you sign up for the period up to the next renewal date, calculated pro rata. After that, it is charged together with the Site plan on each monthly renewal date. If the payment at sign-up does not complete, the add-on is not added. If card payment keeps failing until the retry period ends and the Site plan becomes unpaid, we stop making new translations. Published translations are not deleted. Translation resumes once payment is made.

You may not engage in unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, distribution of malware, or any act that interferes with the operation of the Service.

The Service uses generative AI, and answers may contain errors. Final decisions should always be confirmed by humans. Our liability for damages arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the damage occurred, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may modify or terminate features of the Service with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; it remains available until the end of the current billing period and is not refunded pro rata. After that, FAQ editing and other dashboard features stop, and your property page stays published. The Site plan add-on can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard. It ends at the moment you cancel and is not refunded pro rata. After you cancel it or the Site plan ends, the automatically translated Chinese and Korean FAQs are deleted, and translations you edited are kept. When the Site plan ends, the add-on ends at the same time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
