This is an English summary of our Terms of Service. The legally binding version is the Japanese version. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions under which TripCorpus (the "Service"), an AI-powered inquiry response platform operated by us, may be used. By using the Service, you (the "User") agree to these Terms.

Article 1. Scope

These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between you and us regarding the Service.

Article 2. Account registration

  • You must register accurate and truthful information.
  • Magic-link authentication emails must be received only at your own email address.
  • Fraudulent acquisition or trading of accounts is prohibited.

Article 3. Fees and payment

Fees follow the plan you select on the pricing page. Payment is monthly in advance unless otherwise stated.

Article 4. Prohibited conduct

You may not engage in unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, distribution of malware, or any act that interferes with the operation of the Service.

Article 5. Liability disclaimer

The Service uses generative AI, and answers may contain errors. Final decisions should always be confirmed by humans. Our liability for any direct damages arising from the Service is limited to the monthly fee for the affected month.

Article 6. Service changes and termination

We may modify or terminate features of the Service with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time on a monthly basis.

Article 7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
