We recommend taking a taxi. Exit from the East Exit (Kenroku-en Exit) of Kanazawa Station and use the taxi stand on your right (approximately 10–15 minutes, about ¥1,100). By bus: from the East Exit, take a bus heading to Korinbo (bus stops 3, 6, 8, 9, or 10), get off at Korinbo, head south, turn left at McDonald's, and walk along Tatemacho Street for approximately 3 minutes (approximately 8–10 minutes, ¥200).

For standard bookings, cancellations up to 4 days before check-in are free. Cancellations 3 days before incur 50% of the room rate; cancellations 2 days or less, or no-shows, incur 100%. Some "non-refundable" plans charge 100% regardless of when cancelled. Group bookings (4 or more rooms) are subject to a separate, stricter policy.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00. If you will arrive after 23:00, please contact us in advance. Early check-in is available up to 3 hours before the standard check-in time for ¥1,100 per hour (may not be available on busy dates). Check-out is by 11:00. Late checkout is ¥1,100 per hour, with a maximum extension of 3 hours.

We apologize, but Kaname Inn Tatemachi does not accept guests with pets.

Reservations are typically accepted up to 5 months in advance. During some off-season periods, reservations may be restricted due to maintenance. We do not accept reservations more than 6 months in advance, except for large group exclusive events. Some booking sites offer discounted non-refundable plans.

All guest rooms and indoor spaces in the building are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the 5th floor balcony and in the designated smoking area near the hotel main entrance.

From Kanazawa Station: approximately 8–10 minutes by bus (get off at Kourinbo, then walk about 4 minutes through Tatetsumachi Street) or approximately 10–15 minutes by taxi (fare around ¥1,100). From Komatsu Airport: about 40 minutes by airport limousine bus to Kanazawa Station, then by bus or taxi. From Tokyo: about 2 hours 30 minutes by Hokuriku Shinkansen. From Kyoto: about 2 hours by Thunderbird limited express.

Children under 6 years old are not counted in the occupancy. Children aged 6 and over are included in the occupancy. We also provide a limited number of free baby beds; please contact us in advance. Maximum occupancy by room type: Twin, Corner Twin, and Queen are 2 guests; Double is 3 guests; Deluxe and Corner Deluxe are 4 guests.

Since April 1, 2019, Kanazawa city's lodging tax has been applied. Per guest per night: ¥200 for accommodation charges between ¥5,000–¥19,999; ¥500 for ¥20,000 or more (applies to all guests aged 6 and over). The lodging tax is not included in the quoted rate and will be charged separately at checkout.

We store luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out dates. We also support shipping via Yamato Transport. Luggage arriving up to one day before check-in can be received as well; please notify us in advance.

There is a coin laundry (washing machine and dryer) on the 1st floor. Detergent is automatically dispensed. We can provide change at the front desk for up to ¥1,000. Note that Deluxe and Corner Deluxe rooms are equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, and liquid detergent.

Taxis can be arranged at the front desk. Between 19:00–12:00, taxis arrive at the hotel entrance in 10–15 minutes. Between 12:00–19:00, Tatetsumachi Street is closed to traffic, so taxis will pick up guests at the nearest corner. During bad weather or crowded times, arrangements may be difficult.

Breakfast is included only in specific plans on some domestic booking sites and our official site. Even for plans without breakfast, you can request to add breakfast at the front desk before check-in or upon arrival, subject to availability. To reduce food waste, breakfast is generally reservation-based. We can also recommend breakfast spots in the city.

The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but you can use the affiliated Oval Parking (Tatsutsucho 86-1). It costs ¥1,800 for 24 hours. Discount parking tickets are sold at the front desk. Please park before check-in and purchase the discount ticket before check-out. Note that Tatsutsucho Street is closed to traffic between 12:00 and 19:00.
