Can I send luggage to the hotel before arrival?
Yes, you can send luggage in advance. Write your check-in date and reservation name in the remarks field on the shipping label. What facilities are available for children?
The restaurant has children's chairs (limited quantity). Children's yukata robes are also available. Note: bed guards are not provided; we recommend booking a Japanese-style room if you're concerned.

High school students and older minors may stay with parental permission. Please bring identification such as a student ID or driver's license on the day of check-in. For those between middle school graduation and high school enrollment, we ask that you make reservations with a parent or guardian.

Is day-use bathing available? What are the hours and rates?
Day-use bathing is available at both the Tenku Garden Spa and the large public bath. Hours: 12:00–17:00. Rates: Adults ¥1,300 (age 13+), Children ¥650 (ages 3–elementary school). Bring your own towel or rent a set for ¥300. Contact us for rates on weekends, holidays, and school holidays.

Before check-in, guests can use the Tenku Garden Spa and large public bath free of charge from 12:00 (bring your own towel or rent one for ¥300). After check-out, day-use rates apply (12:00–17:00).

Can you arrange a cake for celebrations like birthdays?
We can arrange cakes (5, 6, or 7-sun sizes, fresh cream or chocolate ganache). Candles and message chocolate plates are also available. Contact the hotel by 4 days before your stay. We can introduce partner florists for flower arrangements.

All guest rooms have been non-smoking since 2020. A smoking area is located next to the front desk on the 1st floor of the Shangri-La Building.

Do you accommodate food allergies?
At the buffet, we label the 8 major allergens (egg, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, dairy, shrimp, crab, walnut). However, cross-contamination is possible as food is prepared in the same kitchen. For set meals, contact the hotel in advance—we may be able to accommodate you.
Can I bring food or drinks from outside?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. You may consume items purchased from the hotel's vending machines or shop in your room.
