What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 (latest 19:00) and check-out is 10:00. For early check-in or late check-out, we can accommodate requests for ¥2,200 per room per hour, though we cannot guarantee availability depending on reservations.

What types of guest rooms are available?
We have 166 rooms in total: Japanese-style rooms (85 rooms), Western-style rooms (27 rooms), and Japanese-Western hybrid rooms (54 rooms). Some rooms overlook the Toyosawa River gorge and mountain views.

We can store luggage on your checkout day. We can also discuss storing luggage before check-in.

Do you have a pool?
We have a year-round indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We also have an esthetic salon, so you can enjoy relaxation together with the hot spring.

Can I use the day-bath service?
Day bathing is available. Rates are adults ¥1,000 on weekdays and ¥1,200 on weekends/holidays/peak periods; children ¥500 on weekdays and ¥600 on weekends/holidays/peak periods (subject to change; please confirm in advance).

What types of hot springs are available and what are their features?
We have 3 hot spring sources (Kiku no Yu, Matsu no Yu, Take no Yu) and over 20 different baths including riverside open-air baths, hinoki cypress baths, ceramic baths, rock baths, reclining baths, tsubo baths, and a sauna. The waters are sodium sulfate chloride spring water and other mineral compositions with excellent skin benefits. We also offer 4 private baths with distinct atmospheres.
If I have a tattoo, can I use the shared bathhouse?
We generally do not permit guests with tattoos to use the shared bathhouse. However, if the tattoo can be covered with a seal of approximately 10cm×10cm, use is permitted. Please contact the hotel for details.

What kind of meals are offered?
Dinner is a buffet-style food entertainment experience called "Live×Buffet Hikari no Mori," where freshly finished dishes are prepared right before you. We won the Jalan OF THE YEAR 2023 award for "Dinner" in the Tohoku region (first place).

From JR Hanamaki Station by bus, approximately 23 minutes (get off at Shiotaira Hot Spring, then about 2 minutes on foot). Approximately 15 minutes by car west from Hanamaki Minami IC. Free shuttle buses are available from JR Hanamaki and Shin-Hanamaki stations.
