How do I get there from JR Nagahama Station?
About 10 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by taxi from JR Nagahama Station West Exit (Biwako Exit). By car, it's about 15 minutes from Nagahama IC on the Hokuriku Expressway. It takes about 1 hour from Osaka or Kyoto by bullet train and local train.

Is there a hot spring?
We have an outdoor bath, large public bath, and sauna fed by Nagahama Taikō hot spring. This is a rare hot spring that turns cloudy when exposed to air due to oxidation. It is also known as the 'spring of fertility' associated with Toyotomi Hideyoshi.

Is this a good base for visiting Nagahama?
The location is ideal, within walking distance of Nagahama Castle, Nagahama Port, and Kurogane Square. Hikone Castle is also accessible by car in about 20 minutes.
