Is there a free shuttle bus from Nagano Station?
We offer a free shuttle bus from JR Nagano Station (reservation required). By car, it is approximately 2 minutes from the Nagano IC, making access very convenient.

Around the Matsushiro area you can enjoy hands-on activities such as soba noodle making, oyaki (filled pancakes) making, and pottery. Please see the tourism information page on our official website for details.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. For all-inclusive plan guests, lounge service is available from check-in until check-out.
Does check-in get crowded?
During peak times on weekends and holidays, we expect congestion between around 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving with extra time or coming during an earlier time slot.

In April 2026, our new lounge "Waraunzi," the largest in the group, will open with four play rooms in a spacious environment where children can enjoy themselves.

What kind of facility is the lounge?
We have a lounge where you can enjoy sparkling wine, beer, coffee, tea, and herbal water. Additionally, "Waraunzi" opening in April 2026 will offer all drinks including alcohol and snacks for free.

What kind of hot spring and bathhouse facilities do you have?
We have a large public bath with an outdoor rock bath, indoor bath, and sauna fed by Matsushiro Hot Spring (sodium chloride spring). The water is known for warming you to the core. It is available from 3:00 PM in the evening until 10:00 AM the next morning (last entry 30 minutes before closing).

How do I access sightseeing spots in Nagano like Zenkoji Temple?
It is convenient to access historical sites like the National Treasure Zenkoji Temple and Matsushiro Castle by car. It is also well-located as a base for visiting various areas of Shinshu such as Hakuba, Matsumoto, and Karuizawa.

What is included in the meals?
Both dinner and breakfast are buffet-style with an abundant selection of dishes made with Nagano prefecture ingredients. During busy periods, meal vouchers may be issued, so we recommend obtaining them in advance after check-in.

This plan includes dinner and breakfast buffets, plus various drinks including alcohol and snacks from the lounge. You can enjoy everything with no additional charges from check-in to check-out. Some drinks and activities are extra.
