How do I get there from the nearest station, and is there a pick-up?
Change at Kobuchizawa Station on the JR Chuo Line to the JR Koumi Line, about 15 minutes to Kai-Oizumi Station, then about 15 minutes' walk or 3 minutes by taxi. The hotel also offers a pick-up service; please contact us for details.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Check-out can be extended by up to 3 hours subject to room availability, at 25 per cent of the room rate. Times may differ by plan.

There is a hot spring with a Japanese-style open-air bath, a bathing hall and a sauna, where you can bathe while looking out at the natural scenery of the Yatsugatake mountains. Use of the bathing hall is included in the all-inclusive plans.

What is the view like?
The hotel stands on high ground at about 1,000 m, in an excellent position with Mount Fuji and the Southern Alps to the south and the Yatsugatake range to the north. From the room windows you can enjoy the mountains through the seasons.

How do I get there?
