Coin laundry is available on the 3rd and 12th floors. Detergent is automatically dispensed. We do not offer cleaning services.
What is base isolation construction?
Excel Inn Omiya is the only base-isolated hotel in Saitama Prefecture. Drawing on lessons from the Great East Japan Earthquake, we have adopted a safety design that prioritises 'caring for our guests' lives.' You can stay with peace of mind even during major earthquakes.

There is a men's and women's separate observation public bath on the top floor of the hotel. You can enjoy the view of Omiya while watching the Shinkansen trains pass slowly like a diorama from the balcony.
