How do I get here from Haneda or Narita Airport?
From Haneda Airport, take a direct highway bus for about 70 minutes and get off at "Omiya Station West Exit," then walk about 2 minutes. From Narita Airport, allow about 100 minutes using the Keisei Skyliner and JR train connections.
Can I walk from JR Omiya Station?
Yes. From the west exit of JR Omiya Station, you can reach Omiya Sonic City via a pedestrian bridge in about 3 minutes on foot. Multiple Shinkansen lines including Hokkaido, Tohoku, Joetsu, Hokuriku, and Nagano stop here.

What payment methods other than credit card are available?
JTB Nice Gift, Hankyu Hotel Common Gift Certificates, Palace Hotel Check (Palace Gift), and partner credit card gift certificates are accepted. For advance payment, we accept payment on arrival, online credit card payment, and bank transfer.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 onwards, and check-out is at 12:00. If your booking plan specifies different times, those take priority. If you will arrive after 22:00, please contact the hotel.

How do I get to Saitama Super Arena?
GMO Arena Saitama in front of Saitama-Shintoshin Station is about 10 minutes by public transport. It's one stop from Omiya Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line and other lines to Saitama-Shintoshin Station.

Yes, we provide them free of charge. Please mention this at the time of booking. However, numbers are limited, and some room types cannot accommodate a cot.

Can I store luggage after checkout?
Yes. After checkout, we can store luggage on the same day only. If you'd like to store luggage before check-in, please speak to staff after the procedure. Valuables can be stored in the front desk safe box (fragile items not accepted).

We offer 7 restaurants & bars and lounges including authentic French, Japanese cuisine, and Chinese with private rooms, as well as a bakery. You can enjoy seasonal dishes made with fresh ingredients.

We do not have a hotel parking lot. Please use the Sonic City underground parking (7:00–23:00) or nearby coin parking such as Times Omiya Sonic City or Times Omiya Sakura Square Mall. No discount service is available for hotel guests.
