How do I get here from Isawa Onsen Station?
The property is conveniently located about 7-10 minutes on foot from JR Isawa Onsen Station. We also offer a free shuttle bus (advance reservation required) that departs at 15:10 from the north exit of Isawa Onsen Station.

Are there any services unique to the Chateraise group?
After check-in (14:30–17:00), there is a complimentary welcome cake (sweets) service. Ice cream is also offered free of charge in the 1st floor lobby from 8:30 to 22:00.

Check-in is from 15:00 (for plans with dinner, 15:00–19:30). Check-out is by 10:00. For checkout time extensions depending on circumstances, please consult the front desk.

We do not have any restrictions for guests with children. Families can relax comfortably.

We offer a large public bath, open-air bath, and a paid private bath (with barrier-free access) using simple hot spring water of low osmotic pressure, weakly alkaline, and high temperature (also known as the 'beautiful skin hot spring').

What tourist attractions are nearby?
Shosenkyo (a nationally designated special scenic spot) and places associated with Shingen Takeda are close by. In summer you can pick peaches, and in autumn you can pick grapes. We're located in the centre of the Kofu Basin, making us an ideal base for sightseeing.

What kind of meals are provided?
Dinner consists of 3-course set menus (selectable according to budget), and breakfast is a buffet-style meal featuring local home-style dishes. Dinner service is 17:30–21:00 (last order 20:30), and breakfast is 7:00–9:00.

Can I bring Yamanashi wine with me?
Through the Isawa Hot Spring Ryokan Association's BYO system, you can bring wine produced at wineries within Yamanashi Prefecture for a fee of 1,000 yen per bottle. We'll provide a corkscrew, wine glasses, chilling service, and more.
