We have Japanese-style, Western-style, and Japanese-Western hybrid rooms across three buildings: East, Central, and West. The West building premium rooms include Japanese-Western hybrid and Western-style rooms with private hot spring baths overlooking the lake, some with lake-view terraces. We also offer one type of Western-style room (90㎡) with a private sauna and hot spring bath plus a terrace (12㎡) and cold bath.

We have multiple banquet rooms available. West Building 2F "Shiki" (up to 80 people), Central Building 3F Grand Banquet Hall "Genseirin" (up to 200 people), and East Building B1F "Sumioe", "Urashima", "Suma", East Building 2F "Suisen" (20 people), and "Hourai" (50 people). Meal service times are 18:00–19:30 in two-hour slots.

On B1F of the Central Building, there is a library café called "BLOSSOM COFFEE" surrounded by 364 books related to the Toya region. Operating hours are 8:00–18:30 (L.O. 18:00). Back issues of the quarterly magazine "MANMAGA" are also available to browse.

We offer large public baths where the water surface meets your eye level, providing spectacular views of Lake Toya. Some guest rooms also feature private hot spring baths with views and private viewing saunas, allowing for a private onsen experience.

We operate a paid shuttle bus called "Express Toya" connecting Sapporo Station North Exit and the hotel (advance reservation required; guests only). One way is 1,100 yen per person, round trip is 2,200 yen. Outbound: Sapporo Station North Exit 13:15 departure, hotel 15:45 arrival. Return: Hotel 10:00 departure, 12:30 arrival. We offer a buffet restaurant (dinner 18:00–20:30, breakfast 7:00–9:00), an all-inclusive restaurant "GRILL70.7" (18:00–21:00), and a dining hall "Shun-sai Washoku Nanakamado" (18:00–24:00).
