How do I get from the nearest station and is there a pickup service?
Complimentary pickup is available from Kawaguchiko Station on the Fujikyu Railway (no reservation required; you must call the hotel after arriving at the station). By taxi it takes about 5 minutes. You can also take the bus bound for Kofu from Kawaguchiko Station, get off at Ubuya-mae stop, and walk about 3 minutes.

Dinner features Western-style creative cuisine with a half-buffet, and you can enjoy wine pairings with original wines from the hotel's own winery, "The 997 katsunuma". There are also restaurants serving teppanyaki and Edomae sushi. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet.

About 10 minutes (approximately 5 km) from Kawaguchiko IC on the Chuo Expressway.
