There is a pick-up service from Shirahama Station by advance booking, at 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00, with returns at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00. We also collect guests from Nanki-Shirahama Airport at 13:00 and 18:00.

I heard every room has a hot spring open-air bath. Is that true?
Yes. There is no large communal bath; instead all 24 rooms have their own natural hot spring semi-open-air bath, available 24 hours a day. The tubs differ by room — wooden, barrel or ceramic — and the special room alone has a fully open-air rock bath and an indoor bath.
What are the qualities of the hot spring?
It is natural water from Shirahama Onsen, a bicarbonate spring said to help with fatigue. Water is added only to adjust the temperature, and no filtration is used.

Shirahama's scenic spots such as Shirarahama beach, Engetsuto island and Senjojiki, and Adventure World with its pandas, are all close by, a few minutes to about 10 minutes away by car.

Our head chef's Kishu kuzushi kaiseki is served in the dining room. It features Wakayama ingredients throughout, with dishes such as the starter Hana-no-Tamatebako, sashimi of local fish, grilled live abalone and thickly sliced Kumano beef shabu-shabu.
