How easy is it to reach central Wakayama?
About 10-25 minutes by car to central Wakayama City, or about 15 minutes by bus from Kainan Station on the JR Kinokuni Line.

Can I walk to Porto Europa?
Yes, Porto Europa, a theme park recreating a European townscape, is about 2 minutes' walk from the hotel. We do not sell tickets for Porto Europa, so please buy them at its own ticket office.

Every room faces Wakaura Bay. Rooms on the third floor and above also give a view of the sea from the balcony and the bathroom. You can watch the sunset from your room, chosen as one of Japan's hundred best.

What should I do if I leave something behind?
If you leave something in your room, we do not normally contact you. We will send it cash on delivery only if you enquire. Items are kept for three months (food and drink are disposed of as appropriate). Please note that items are disposed of after that period.

What restaurants are there?
There are three: Caro e Cara (Italian), Caterina and Shikisai (Japanese). Breakfast is a buffet of about 50 Japanese and Western dishes made with local ingredients, under the theme of a breakfast made entirely of Wakayama.

Is there parking, and is there a charge?
There is free parking on the hotel grounds, available from the morning of your stay until check-out. If it is full we will direct you to the paid Wakayama Marina City car park opposite and issue a free parking ticket. Use after check-out depends on availability, so please ask at check-out.
Is there a charger for electric vehicles?
There are two electric vehicle charging points in the hotel car park.
Can I use the hotel car park if I am only dining?
Yes, if there is space. If it is full we will direct you to the paid Wakayama Marina City car park opposite and issue a free parking ticket, so please call at the first-floor front desk before parking.
