Can families with children stay?
Children aged 2–6 staying on the same bed as parents are charged 1,000 yen (service charge included, excluding tax) as a nursery facility fee, payable on-site. We accommodate allergies to the 8 specified allergens; please inform us when making a reservation.

What types of guest rooms do you have?
We offer Japanese and modern Japanese-style rooms in the main building, Sansatei with private open-air hot spring baths in all rooms (7 rooms total), and Suigetsu, a detached cottage-style building with a traditional design. We also have a universal design room.

What is the spring water quality like at Ureshino Onsen?
It is a sodium chloride and bicarbonate hot spring, counted as one of Japan's three most famous hot springs for beautiful skin. Rich in sodium, it smooths hardened skin and provides moisture. The water is known to have beautifying effects on the skin.
What is the signature tea bath like?
The outdoor tea bath "Ryokusen" is Japan's first and a rare bath in the world, filled with Ureshino Onsen water and plenty of Ureshino tea. It offers antimicrobial effects from tea catechins, whitening effects from vitamin C, and firming effects from caffeine, creating synergistic benefits with the already beautifying hot spring water.

We offer private outdoor baths and guest rooms with private outdoor baths. Please confirm details when making your reservation.

What kind of meals are served?
Dinner is kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) made with seasonal local ingredients from Saga, and you can also enjoy dishes featuring Ureshino tea. Breakfast is a Japanese set meal centered on Ureshino hot spring tofu (yudōfu), made from 100% Ureshino-grown soybeans called "Fukuyutaka", along with tea vinegar and tea rice porridge.
Can you accommodate allergies?
We can accommodate allergies to the 8 specified food materials (eggs, milk, wheat, shrimp, crab, walnuts, peanuts, and buckwheat). Please inform us at the time of booking. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate vegetarian diets or other allergies in some cases.
