Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) is available throughout the building. Guest rooms are equipped with amenities including TV, refrigerator, and hair dryer.

How do I get there?
About 60 minutes by JR Sasebo Line from JR Hakata Station to Takeo Onsen Station. Transfer to the JR West Kyushu Shinkansen for about 6 minutes to Ureshino Onsen Station. From there, shuttle service or taxi for about 7 minutes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 (latest 17:30), and check-out is 10:30. Since the front desk gets busy around 10:30 checkout time, early settlement is available from 8:00 in the morning.

How spacious are the guest rooms?
All rooms are 70 square meters or larger with plenty of space. We offer various types including premium Japanese-Western rooms in the West Building and Japanese-Western rooms with wide open-air baths in the East Building.

Is there a bathing tax?
A bathing tax applies separately. From October 1, 2025, due to a change in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture ordinances, the rate for adults will increase from 150 yen to 250 yen per person.

What are the features of the hot spring and bath?
All guest rooms are equipped with a semi-open-air or open-air bath where you can enjoy Ureshino Onsen anytime. The spacious bathtub allows two people to bathe together comfortably.

Is there shuttle service from Ureshino Onsen Station?
We offer free shuttle service by shared wagon from Ureshino Onsen Station. Advance reservation is required. Please request this when making your reservation (TEL: 0954-43-3135, reception hours 9:30–17:30).

Our popular plan combines kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) carefully crafted by our head chef with Saga beef, a premium branded beef known for its fine-grained marbling. We offer seasonal dishes that emphasize local, farm-to-table ingredients.

There is a dedicated parking lot (First Parking Lot) across from the building. If full, you can use the Second Parking Lot (shared with the day-use hot spring and private open-air baths).
