How do I get here from Fukuoka?
By car: approximately 60 minutes from Fukuoka city via the Nishi-Kyushu Expressway and Nijō-Hamayama Road, then from Karatsu IC. By train: approximately 90 minutes from Hakata Station to Higashi-Karatsu Station on the JR line, then approximately 3 minutes by car or approximately 20 minutes on foot.

Is there a shuttle service from the nearest station?
Free shuttle service is available for guests (advance reservation required, 9:00–18:00). It's about 3 minutes by car to JR East-Karatsu Station. Service is available on check-in and check-out days only. If infants will be on board, please notify the hotel by the previous day.

We have wheelchair-accessible toilets, private bath, wheelchair rentals (4 units), meal service in guest rooms, and ramps and other accessibility facilities. However, not all areas of the facility are fully accessible, and an attendant may be required in some cases.

All guest rooms overlook Niji-no-Matsubara and the Genkai Sea. You can enjoy rich natural scenery including white sandy beaches, a pine forest, calm sea surface, and islands dotting the horizon.

An outdoor pool (seasonal, summer only) and indoor pool are available for East Wing guests. The rooftop thermal bath is available year-round (swimsuit required).

Multi-course kaiseki using fresh local seafood from Karatsu (live squid, abalone, etc.) and Saga beef, as well as a buffet "Gepparo" with over 80 Japanese and Western dishes. You can also enjoy the chef's performance at the live kitchen.
