How do I get there from the nearest station?
About 10 minutes' walk from Nogami Station on the Chichibu Railway. By car it is about 35 minutes from Hanazono IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges start 5 days before: 20 per cent from 5 days before, 50 per cent the day before, and 100 per cent on the day or for a no-show.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 (latest 17:00) and check-out is 10:00. Late check-out until 11:00 is available for an extra charge (2,000-3,000 yen depending on the room type).
