Do you offer shuttle service from Kawaguchiko Station?
Free shuttle service is available from Kawaguchiko Station on the Fuji Kyuko Line (advance notice required). You can also walk here in about 10 minutes. We also provide shuttle service after checkout.

What are the nearby attractions?
Lake Kawaguchi sightseeing boat dock is nearby, where you can enjoy boats and tour cruises. Access to Fuji Highland and the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji is convenient, and you can enjoy seasonal nature sightseeing throughout the year.

We offer special plans for families with babies. Dinner is served in your room or a private dining area so you can dine at a relaxed pace. Please let us know your needs in advance.

Yes, Mount Fuji can be enjoyed from guest rooms on the Mount Fuji side. Guest rooms on the Lake Kawaguchi side offer beautiful views of the lake. In the open-air bath guest rooms (Mount Fuji side), you can see Mount Fuji while bathing.

Can I use the rooftop foot spa anytime?
We have a foot spa called "Footspa Wakuwaku" on the rooftop. It uses natural hot spring water, and you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi while soaking. In the evening, the illuminated atmosphere is particularly magical.
Do you have a private bath?
We offer 3 private baths for exclusive use. You can enjoy the hot spring while viewing Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. For details, please inquire at the front desk during check-in.

Dinner is traditional Japanese kaiseki cuisine served in your room or a private dining area. Breakfast is a varied Japanese and Western buffet. Our dishes featuring local ingredients are particularly popular.
