Dinner includes kaiseki cuisine featuring local and seasonal ingredients, as well as "Steak Kaiseki" prepared by our chef at the teppanyaki counter 'Sen' and "Seasonal Kaiseki" prepared by our head chef at the kappo counter 'Sho'. Breakfast is a popular buffet with over 70 items of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes.
