Is Wi-Fi free to use?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility and all rooms. A key card is required to access Wi-Fi at the guest room elevators and 25th floor lounge.

How do I get to the Peace Memorial Park?
The hotel is located along Heiwa Avenue and is within walking distance to the Peace Memorial Park. It's a convenient base for sightseeing in Hiroshima.

How is cleaning handled for consecutive night stays?
Bed sheets are changed once every 3 days (full change on the 4th night). Bed making, towel changes, trash collection, and room cleaning are done daily. If you want additional sheet changes, please place the card in your room on the bed.

What does the breakfast consist of?
Japanese and Western buffet breakfast is served at "Coffreur" on the 25th floor guest lounge. Operating hours are 6:30–10:00 (last entry 9:40). Enjoy breakfast with a panoramic view of Hiroshima City.
