Do you offer shuttle service from Enzan Station?
We provide shuttle service to/from JR Enzan Station (advance booking required, approximately 10 minutes). Please let us know your arrival time in advance. By car, it's about 1 hour from Tokyo Chofu IC, or about 1 hour 40 minutes from Shinjuku by Limited Express Kaiji train.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is 11:00. Check-out is 12:00 for the separate building annex, main building Japanese-Western rooms (Kinugawa, Tsuzumigawa, Kaede), and main building annex (Sakura).

Can children stay with us?
Rooms suitable for children (elementary school age and under) are the main building Japanese-Western rooms (Kinkawa and Tsuzumigawa) and the main building annex rooms (Kinpo and Asahi). Please confirm the room type when making a reservation.

Do you have guest rooms with open-air hot spring baths?
Of our 22 rooms, 14 have open-air baths with fresh-flowing source water (2 of these are semi-open-air). Each room in the main building annex and separate villa has its own character, offering a spacious Japanese atmosphere for private bathing.

What is the hot spring water like?
We use source water from Usui River Hot Spring delivered fresh without recirculation. It has a high alkaline pH of 9.6, with a smooth feel, subtle sulfur scent, and a silky texture. It's known for excellent skin benefits. Both the indoor and open-air baths feature generous fresh-flowing water.

What kind of meals are provided?
Dinner is served at Kaiseki Maruki with seasonal tea kaiseki cuisine featuring local ingredients that changes monthly. Breakfast is a Japanese meal using Yamanashi prefecture Mukawa rice and local vegetables. You can also enjoy pairings with Kofu wine.

Where can I enjoy Kofu wine?
In the Library Lounge on the 2nd floor of the building, complimentary drinks including Kofu wine are available from check-in until midnight (including welcome drinks). Enjoy an excellent selection of wines from the local Maruki Grape Wine Group.
