Privacy Policy

This is an English summary of our Privacy Policy. The legally binding version is the Japanese version. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Information we collect

  • Account info: email address, facility name, plan
  • Usage data: FAQ content, conversation logs, settings
  • Technical data: IP address, browser info, access logs
  • Questions, conversation history and itineraries are sent to Anthropic for AI responses. Automatic personal-data masking is not implemented. Please do not enter names, booking references or other personal information.

2. Purpose of use

  • To provide and improve the Service
  • To answer support inquiries
  • To detect and prevent fraud
  • To send Service-related notifications

3. Third-party sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with the following types of subprocessors only as needed to operate the Service: cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel), AI providers (Anthropic), email delivery (Resend, used to send your contact, claim and waitlist submissions to us and to send sign-in emails), and payment processing (Stripe, used for Site plan payments; card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us).

4. Data retention

Facility data, FAQs and import history are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request made through the contact form. Cancelling a paid plan does not delete anything: the property page stays published. Server conversation logs and shared chats expire 180 days after conversation start or share creation. Login accounts and traveler purchases are separate; contact us to request their deletion. Facility owners can export their data as JSON from dashboard settings at any time. Browser storage is controlled by the user.

5. Your rights

You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or use-suspension of your personal information. Please contact us at the email address on the Contact page.

6. Cookies

We use only minimal cookies necessary for authentication and security. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the website or by email.
