We provide shuttle service by our bus to the viewing spot for the snow fireworks display held every Saturday at 20:30 during the winter season.

Approximately 20 minutes by car from Kurobe IC on the Hokuriku Expressway. Approximately 60 minutes from Toyama Airport. With the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Tsuruga in spring 2024, access from the Kansai and Chukyo regions has become more convenient.

Approximately 25 minutes from JR Kurobe-Unazuki Onsen Station via transfer to Toyama Chiho Railway. A complimentary shuttle bus operates from the station. For check-in, please make a reservation in advance or contact us upon arrival. At check-out, buses run every 30 minutes from 7:30 to 10:00.

A cancellation fee of 30% applies 3 days before, 50% the day before, and 100% for same-day cancellations or no-shows without notice. A deposit may be required depending on the period. Please refer to the accommodation terms and conditions for details.

Approximately 20 minutes by car from Kurobe IC. Approximately 60 minutes from Toyama Airport. Approximately 25 minutes from JR Kurobe-Unazuki Onsen Station via Toyama Chiho Railway transfer. Complimentary shuttle bus from the station (advance reservation or contact upon arrival for check-in; every 30 minutes from 7:30 to 10:00 for check-out). Approximately 7 minutes on foot to Yamabiko Bridge, approximately 6 minutes on foot to Unazuki International Conference Hall Serene.

We offer a toy train room (16:30–22:00, 8:00–10:00 next morning) and an N-gauge room (ages 10+), as well as free board games available at the front desk (playing cards, UNO, chess, etc.). The train room is available to guests for ¥1,100 for adults and ¥550 for children.

You can see the cable car and Kurobe Gorge scenery from all guest rooms. However, some rooms do not have a view of the Kurobe River. Note that the Kurobe Gorge Railway suspends operations during winter.

You can enjoy Unazuki hot spring water in your guest room bath. However, some rooms do not have a bath, so please confirm at the time of booking.

Our hot spring is a weakly alkaline simple mineral spring located closest to the source. It has peeling and detoxification effects and is rich in natural minerals. After bathing, your skin becomes smooth and silky, and it is known as a 'beautiful skin hot spring'.

Dinner is a kaiseki (multi-course dinner) featuring fresh seafood delivered directly from Toyama Bay, with three courses available (pine, bamboo, plum). Seasonal ingredients such as sweet shrimp, firefly squid, and yellowtail are featured. Breakfast is a homemade small bowl breakfast using local ingredients. The 2-meal plan starts from ¥14,300 per person.

We have a free parking lot with 30 spaces. Parking is available while you are sightseeing on the Kurobe Gorge Railway trolley.
