How do I get there from Toyama Station?
Take the Toyama City Tram (Loop Line) from JR Toyama Station for approximately 6 minutes and get off at "Kokusai Kaigijō Mae" station—the hotel is 0 minutes on foot. Walking from the station takes about 15 minutes. From Toyama Airport, take the limousine bus toward Toyama Station and get off at "Sōgawara" bus stop, then walk about 2 minutes.

Can I exchange foreign currency?
We have a 24-hour foreign currency exchange machine in front of the 1F lobby escalator (exchanging foreign currency to Japanese yen only).

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out at 11:00. If you wish early check-in or late check-out, additional charges apply. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Are there non-smoking rooms?
All guest rooms became non-smoking from December 1, 2025. A 24-hour smoking room is available on the 2nd floor. Electronic cigarettes may also be used in designated areas.

Do you have baby beds or extra beds?
Extra beds are ¥3,000 per unit (including tax and service charge). Baby beds are available free of charge—please request one at the time of booking. Small children sharing a bed with adults do not incur an additional charge.

What is the view like from the rooms?
Rooms face either the Tateyama mountain range or Kurehayama. You can register your preferred direction as a request, but we do not accept specifications for particular room numbers. Rooms on the Premium Floors (16–18F) offer views from higher floors.

On the 1F there is "Café in the Park" (buffet café), Japanese cuisine "Unkai", teppanyaki "Unkai", and a sky bar "Astral" on the top floor, with diverse dining facilities. You can enjoy dishes using seasonal local Toyama ingredients.
What is breakfast like?
"Café in the Park" offers a buffet featuring Toyama Prefecture specialties, popular with both guests and outside visitors. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:00.

Do you offer laundry service?
Laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services are available to hotel guests. Items left by 10:00 a.m. are delivered around 6:00 p.m. the same day; items left after 10:00 a.m. are delivered around 6:00 a.m. the next day.

Guests can use parking for 1,500 yen (tax included) per vehicle per night. Capacity is 125 vehicles. Available from 15:00 on arrival day to 11:00 on departure day. Congestion is expected on weekends. Vehicle restrictions: height 2.1 m × depth 5 m × width 1.8 m.
