How do I get here from Isawa Onsen Station? Is shuttle service available?
It is about 15 minutes walk from JR Isawa Onsen Station. We also offer a free scheduled shuttle bus, but advance reservation is required, so please contact us by the day before your stay. By car, it is about 8 minutes from Ichinomiya-Misaka IC on the Chuo Expressway.

What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the room charge applies. For cancellations the day before, 50% of the room charge applies. For no-shows, 100% of the room charge also applies. Please check your booking plan for details.

What is the hot spring water quality and its benefits?
The water is alkaline simple hot spring and has received "beautiful skin spring quality" certification. Benefits include relief from neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, fatigue recovery, beautiful skin, and chronic skin conditions. It is known for its soft feel and skin-smoothing properties.

What types of hot spring baths are there?
We have two signature baths: a large open-air bath using our own hot spring source (one of the largest in Yamanashi prefecture) with alkaline simple hot spring water, and a view wine bath on the 7th floor. The view wine bath uses real wine extract, so you can bathe surrounded by a sweet aroma. The alcohol has been removed, so children can use it safely.
Can I enjoy hot spring in my guest room?
Yes. The bath in your room is supplied with 100% spring water from our own source, so you can enjoy the hot spring anytime, including outside the large bath's operating hours or when you want to relax alone.

What kind of meals are provided?
We serve Koshu kaiseki cuisine using generous amounts of fresh local Yamanashi ingredients. You can enjoy main dishes made with Fuji mountain-foot beef and Koshu wine beef, as well as seasonal flavours such as houtou (local noodle dish). Breakfast is offered as "Inspiring Breakfast" with menus that emphasise homemade dishes, variety, and seasonal ingredients.

What kind of event is the lobby concert?
A mini concert held in the lobby after dinner, where you can also enjoy wine tasting of Yamanashi prefecture wines. It is held monthly as "Wine and Music Evening" (please check the official website for dates).
