Is Wi-Fi available in the facility?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the facility. Please note that there may be areas with poor connection in parts of the building.

What amenities are provided in the rooms?
Guest rooms are equipped with hand towels, bath towels, hair dryers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, hand soap, down quilts, and yukata. Bathhouses (except the Sky View Bath) have body soap and shampoo. All rooms have heated toilet seats.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

How do I get there?
By bus from Oishida Station on the Yamagata Shinkansen to Ginzan Onsen (complimentary shuttle service available from Oishida Station by reservation). By car: take the Tohoku Expressway via Furukawa IC onto Route 47 via Naruko, or take the Yamagata Expressway via Obanazawa IC onto Route 347 to Ginzan Onsen.

What room types are available?
8 Japanese rooms and 5 Western rooms (total 13 rooms, capacity 31 guests). Options include river-side 8-tatami and 6-tatami Japanese rooms (with balcony), mountain-side deluxe twin (Western), and mountain-side single room (Western). Please note that room selection is not available.
Is it possible to stay alone?
Yes, single occupancy is available in the Mountain-Side Single Room (Western-style, approximately 6 tatami equivalent, renovated 2023). Recommended for those who want to enjoy Ginzan Onsen at leisure on their own.

What kind of baths are available?
In addition to separate baths for men and women, there is a Sky View Bath with pure spring water on the top floor. You can enjoy the spring water bath while taking in the atmospheric scenery of Ginzan Onsen.

Are there tourist attractions nearby?
There is the foot bath "Waraku Foot Bath" near Hakugin Bridge, the 22-meter Hakugin Waterfall and the Enozawa Silver Mine abandoned tunnel (600m one way), Tokura Lake (birthplace of the Hanagasa dance), and Yamato Kirifune Pass (associated with Oku no Hosomichi). The Obanazawa Festival is held every August.

Is there a shuttle service from Oishida Station?
Shuttle service is available from Oishida Station on the Yamagata Shinkansen (reservation required). Please let us know when making your reservation.

Where are meals served?
Meals are served in the 4th floor dining hall (24 seats) and 1st floor dining hall (10 seats). Private dining is not available. You can enjoy seasonal Yamagata cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients.

Is there parking? What should I do if I'm driving?
Parking is provided. However, vehicles are prohibited from entering Ginzan Onsen Street and in front of the inn. When you see the parking sign, please call us. Our staff will come to greet you.
