How do I get there from the nearest station?
About 3 minutes' walk from Gora Station on the Hakone Tozan Railway. As we are close to the station we do not normally run a pick-up service, but if walking is difficult please call the hotel and we will meet you at the station ticket gate.

Coloured yukata are available for both men and women. Please tell us the gender of each guest when booking.

What should I do if I will be late for check-in?
Please be sure to contact us if you will arrive after 18:00. If we have no contact for three hours past your expected check-in time, the booking may be treated as cancelled by the guest.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 (please be sure to contact us if you will arrive after 18:00) and check-out is 10:00. Booking through the official website as a Relo Hotels member allows you to choose 11:00 check-out.

Yes, you can stay with children. Children's rates are set for plans with dinner or two meals. Minors staying without an adult need a consent form. Please see the official website for details.

How do I use the private bath?
There is a private open-air bath called Myojin-no-Yu. Please ask when booking or at the front desk after check-in. Please note that Myojo-no-Yu may be under maintenance.
What are the qualities of the hot spring?
We use milky white sulphur spring water piped from Owakudani, flowing continuously from the source. There is a large bathing hall with an open-air bath and a private open-air bath, Myojin-no-Yu.

About 3 minutes' walk from Gora Station on the Hakone Tozan Railway. About 90 minutes from Odakyu Shinjuku Station to Hakone-Yumoto Station on the Romancecar, then about 40 minutes to Gora on the Hakone Tozan Railway. By car it is about 32 km from Gotemba IC.
