Yes, you can use Donan Bus's "Express Noboribetsu Onsen Airport" service. Board from the stop approximately 5 minutes' walk from New Chitose Airport International Terminal, arriving at Noboribetsu Onsen Terminal in about 1 hour. Our facility is approximately 1 minute's walk from there. Please check the Donan Bus official website for operation times and stop details.

From JR Sapporo Station take the limited express Hokuto or Suzuran to JR Noboribetsu Station, about 1 hour 20 minutes (sometimes 1 hour 30). From Noboribetsu Station take the Donan bus for Noboribetsu Onsen, about 20 minutes, alight at the Noboribetsu Onsen terminal and walk about 1 minute. From New Chitose Airport, take the rapid Airport about 4 minutes from JR New Chitose Airport Station to JR Minami-Chitose Station, then the limited express about 45 minutes to JR Noboribetsu Station, and continue as above.

On the third floor is the relaxation salon Ambra (foot pressure and massage, 16:00-24:00, booking preferred). The beauty salon Ambra on the fifth floor (booking only) is currently closed. To book, dial extension 1600. Treatments cannot be given to anyone who is or may be pregnant, or who uses a pacemaker.

Wheelchairs can be used in the public areas and in the Western-style rooms only. Note that there are steps at the entrance to the washroom and the unit bath in the Western rooms, and the washroom is not wide enough for a wheelchair. Japanese-style rooms can be offered to guests who can walk and sleep on futon (wheelchairs cannot be used on tatami). Raised chairs can also be provided (limited numbers; please ask when booking). There is a kids' space (with a blackboard, bouldering and more, 8:00-21:00), a baby-feeding room (with nappies, formula milk and a water server) and the indoor pool Dolphin (with a children's pool 65-75 cm deep, 15:00-19:00). The buffet has high chairs and children's tableware. A good range of items can also be borrowed; please ask at the front desk.

LEVEL M on the 10th floor opened in November 2024 with 16 rooms, including Japanese-Western rooms with an open-air bath, Western rooms with a sauna and a view, and Japanese-Western rooms with a hot spring bath with a view. It has its own check-in desk, a premium lounge open 24 hours (with drinks, snacks and books), a laundry room and a smoking area.

The indoor pool Dolphin on the first floor is open 15:00-19:00 (last entry 18:30). It has a 20 m straight pool and a children's pool 65-75 cm deep. Swimsuits can be hired at the front desk (1,000 yen each), but sizes and numbers are limited, so we recommend bringing your own.

The premium floor LEVEL M on the 10th floor has a private hot spring and sauna, available 15:00-21:00 (last entry 19:30), by booking only, for three parties a day (up to 6 people). The charge is 3,300 yen for 90 minutes for adults (junior high school age and above) and 1,650 yen for 90 minutes for children (age 3 to elementary school). Hotel guests have priority but day visitors may also use it. Please book at the front desk on the ground floor at least an hour before.

The bathing halls Tsuki no Yu and Hoshi no Yu are open 13:30 to 10:00 the next day (closed for cleaning 2:30-4:00 and 10:00-13:30). They are not swapped between men and women. There is also a self-loyly sauna (13:30-23:00 and 5:00-10:00) and cold baths using source water and groundwater. Numbers may be limited when busy.

We run the paid shuttle bus Yuyu Liner Noboribetsu, by booking only. The outbound service leaves Kamori Building 3 in Sapporo at 13:30 and reaches the hotel about 15:30; the return leaves the hotel at 9:30 and reaches Kamori Building 3 at 11:30. The fare is 1,000 yen one way and 2,000 yen return (the adult fare applies from age 3). Book through the Yuyu Liner operations centre (tel 011-223-1888, 9:00-18:00) by 18:00 three days before your stay. Day visitors cannot use it.

The buffet restaurant ROWAN FOOD HALL on the second floor serves dinner 18:00-21:00 (last entry 20:00) and breakfast 7:00-9:00, with about 90 dishes including Japanese, Western, Chinese and Ainu cuisine. Shirakaba on the first floor serves creative Japanese dishes around a hearth, with dinner 18:00-21:00, breakfast 7:00-9:00 and izakaya service 21:30-23:30. Please use them according to your plan.

There is outdoor parking. Where you are directed depends on your arrival and departure times and your vehicle. An attendant will guide you, so please come to the hotel entrance. We cannot accept responsibility for theft or accidents in the car park. When the car park is full with hotel guests, day visitors may be turned away.
