Free wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the building. Please note that you use it at your own risk.

How do I cancel or change a booking?
For bookings made before 10:59 on 1 April 2026, you can cancel through the URL in your confirmation email (dates and numbers cannot be changed, so cancel and rebook). For bookings from 11:00 that day onwards, use the Check or Cancel Booking button on the official website.

If I check in late, is a meal still included?
We offer a one night with breakfast plan for late arrivals, so there is no problem if dinner cannot be arranged.

What amenities and facilities are in the rooms?
Each room has a fridge, television, hairdryer, tea set, kettle, wireless LAN, yukata, haori jacket and bath towel. Amenities provided are a face towel, a toothbrush set and a razor.

There is a large and a small banquet room taking from 20 to 80 guests. We prepare them according to the purpose and size of your party.

Is there storage for ski equipment?
For guests taking part in snow sports there is a lockable drying room (ski locker) and a changing room. The ski lockers are custom made and hold five pairs of boots and skis.

How many bathing halls and open-air baths are there?
There are three open, airy open-air baths, giving a range of settings in which to enjoy water fed continuously from our own source.

What kinds of room with an open-air bath are there?
There are two types with an open-air bath, Japanese-Western and Japanese-style. The Japanese-Western rooms have a Mino ware bath and the Japanese rooms a hinoki bath, both fed continuously from our own source so you can bathe whenever you like.

Is there anything for women guests?
Women guests may choose a coloured yukata to hire free of charge, to wear while walking round the Nozawa Onsen hot spring town (on plans with a room that has its own open-air bath).

Where are meals served?
Meals are served in a bright, glazed dining room with tables, facing the Nozawa hot spring street. Private Japanese-style rooms are also available for small groups (booking required).
