Wi-Fi is available in all rooms at no charge.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to the day before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations on the day of arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee of the nightly rate. No-shows also incur a 100% cancellation fee.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Please note that the ryokan's operating hours (front desk service) are 7:00 to 23:00.

We are closed from December 29 to January 3 of the following year. We operate year-round outside of this period.

We have rental bicycles available. Please use them to explore the old town and go shopping.

What types of baths are available and how do I use them?
The ryokan has two types of private baths: a hinoki (cypress) bath and a ceramic bath. You can relax while enjoying views of the garden. Since these are private baths, please inquire with the ryokan about availability times.

What are the nearby tourist attractions?
Near the ryokan you'll find Nezu Shrine, the Shitamachi Folk Museum, and Yanaka Ginza shopping street. The Ueno Park area also has many cultural facilities for all ages, including the Tokyo National Museum, National Museum of Western Art, and Ueno Zoo.

What are the guest rooms like?
All 12 rooms are Japanese-style tatami rooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer (available upon request), yukata, towels, and toothbrush. Some rooms can accommodate 2 or more guests, and some have private baths.

Is dinner provided?
We do not provide dinner. Breakfast is available in our first-floor dining room. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, including Yanaka Ginza shopping street, so please enjoy dinner out in the neighborhood.

We do not have a car park. Since we are about a 7-minute walk from the nearest Tokyo Metro Nezu Station, we recommend using public transport.
