Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility. Please note that signal strength may vary depending on location and room, and connection may be difficult in some areas.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees are as follows: 8 days or more before arrival: 20% of accommodation charge; 3–7 days before: 30%; 1 day before: 50%; same day or no-show without notice: 100%. Please check the full details at the time of booking.

Yes, we have an eco-sauna that uses hot spring heat. It features a gentle warmth created by recycling the energy from our hot spring.

Tell me about the types and characteristics of the hot springs
We provide 3 types of our own spring sources (sodium chloride spring, sodium bicarbonate weak salt spring, and sulfate spring), all 100% direct source flow. We have a total of 9 baths including large communal baths, open-air baths, and private baths, and you can bathe 24 hours a day except during cleaning times.

We have 4 private baths with no reservation required and no additional charge. You can use them along with our public bath and open-air bath.

Do you offer shuttle service from the nearest station?
Yes, we offer shuttle service to and from Naruko Onsen Station. For check-in, we operate from 15:00 to 18:00, and for check-out from 8:00 to 10:00. Please call us when you arrive.

Currently, we do not provide meals on any of our plans. You are welcome to bring food from nearby restaurants or convenience stores. Please enjoy the room-only plan at your leisure.
