We have rooms where you can stay with a dog or cat. A dedicated pet hot spring and a large dog run are all free to use. There are also plans with meals served in the room with your pet. At check-in you will need to sign a stay agreement and show a vaccination certificate.

It is an alkaline simple sulphur spring at pH 8.7, with moisturising and exfoliating effects. Known as milky water, it has a silky feel and is gentle enough for newborn babies and people with sensitive skin.

There is a large communal bath, an open-air rock bath and four private baths overlooking the Chikugo River. Two rooms with their own open-air bath, completed in March 2023, let you enjoy the hot spring at any hour.
