Which is the nearest tram stop?
The Kamimachi Itchome stop on the Tosaden Kotsu line is right in front. It is about 9-10 minutes by tram from Harimayabashi.
Is it convenient for Hirome Market and Kochi Castle?
Access to Hirome Market is good, and you can also see Kochi Castle from the open-air bath with a view that looks down over the castle town. The post-bath tea house Shiromiyagura also offers views of the illuminated castle.
How do I get there from the airport?
About 30-40 minutes from Kochi Ryoma Airport to JR Kochi Station by airport connecting bus, then by tram or car. By tram, the Kamimachi Itchome stop is right in front of the inn.

It was founded in 1874 and is a long-established inn representing Kochi with more than 150 years of history. It is also known as a regular lodging for members of the Imperial family.

What are the hot spring facilities?
On the top floor there is an open-air bath and a communal bath with a view, where you can bathe while looking out over the area below Kochi Castle. A sauna and jacuzzi are also provided. On Tuesdays the communal bath and open-air bath with a view have shortened hours from 16:00 to 24:00 for cleaning.

A demonstration is held every evening at the straw-grilling workshop on the premises, where you can watch the dramatic straw flames through glass.
