There are two computers in the lobby for guests to use free of charge. Please check the official website or the front desk about Wi-Fi in the rooms.

How do I get there from JR Kochi Station?
About 10 minutes' walk from the south exit of JR Kochi Station (about 5 minutes by taxi). It is also convenient to walk 5 minutes from the Hasuikemachi or Harimayabashi tram stop.
How do I get there from the airport?
About 30 minutes by airport connection bus from Kochi Ryoma Airport, alighting at the Kita-Harimayabashi stop, then about 5 minutes on foot. From Kochi IC it is about 15 minutes by car.

What is the welcome drink service?
At check-in the front desk gives you a drinks token, which you can exchange at the vending machine in the lobby for canned beer, a canned chuhai or a bottled drink (available 15:00-20:00).
Can I hire a bicycle?
The hotel offers a bicycle hire service, convenient for getting around the sights of Kochi City. Please ask at the front desk.

How is housekeeping handled on multi-night stays?
During a multi-night stay, rooms are cleaned only on the designated days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). On other days towels and amenities are left in a bag on the door handle. If you would like cleaning on another day, please tell the front desk by 10:00 that morning.

What payment methods are accepted?
As well as credit cards, we accept iD, Rakuten Edy, QUICPay, nanaco, WAON and transport e-money such as Suica. Please mention it at the front desk at check-in.

Is the Sunday Market held right by the hotel?
Yes, the Sunday Market is held every Sunday on Otesuji, the street in front of the hotel. Depending on the season it runs from about 7:00 to about 16:00, and we recommend going in the morning.
How long does it take to Hirome Market or Kochi Castle?
Harimayabashi is 5 minutes' walk, Hirome Market 5 minutes and Kochi Castle 6 minutes, so the main sights are all within walking distance. Katsurahama is about 30 minutes by car.

Is there parking, and is there a charge?
The hotel has no car park of its own, but there are four partner car parks with more than 200 spaces in total. The charge is 700-800 yen per night (coin parking); please have your parking ticket stamped at the front desk. The height limit is 2.1 m. Please note that taking your car out during your stay incurs a separate charge.
