How do I get there from Osaka?
About 1 hour from Osaka Namba to Wakayamashi Station on the Nankai limited express, or about 1 hour from JR Osaka Station to Wakayama Station by JR, then about 20 minutes by bus. By car it is about 20 minutes from Wakayama IC on the Hanwa Expressway, or about 90 minutes from Osaka.

Does every room have an ocean view?
Yes, every room looks out over Wakaura Bay. The sea changes through the day: light glittering on the water in the morning and afternoon, the gradations of the sunset in the evening, and fishing lights and the illuminations of Wakayama Marina City at night.

Yes, we have the only open-air bath in Wakaura. You can soak in smooth hot spring water while taking in the whole of Wakaura Bay. The large windows of the bathing hall also give a magnificent view of the bay.
What are the qualities and benefits of the hot spring?
It is a chloride spring that warms the body right through and is especially well received by those who feel the cold. It is held to help with neuralgia, muscle pain and frozen shoulder among other complaints. It holds the heat well, so you stay warm after bathing.
Is there a private bath?
Yes, there are two private baths: the accessible Daidai no Yu, suitable for wheelchair users, and the stylish Ao no Yu. A rose bath can also be arranged as an option.
