About 45 minutes by free shuttle bus from Nagasaki Station (booking required; capacity 40). Same-day booking is possible, but we recommend booking in advance. By car it is about 30 minutes from the city centre via the Iojima Bridge. You can also take a high-speed boat (charged) from Nagasaki Port Ohato Terminal, about 20 minutes.

There is a wide range of activities, including four-wheel buggies, Segways, bicycle hire, SUP, marine activities, Play Kids Land, the Tomica and Plarail vehicle island, and Villa Olympica. Hotel guests can use bicycle hire and some other activities free of charge.

For parties of 1-14 people, cancellation charges are 30% from three days before the stay, 50% the day before, 80% on the day, and 100% for a no-show. Separate terms apply for parties of 15 or more. Please contact the hotel for details (tel. 095-898-2202).

There are glamping facilities called GRAX and BARK LODGE. For this type, check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. You can combine an outdoor experience in nature with the resort's extensive activities.

There are 10 types of accommodation, including the Minato Hotel, Terrace Lodge, Kids Lodge and glamping (GRAX and BARK LODGE). You can choose to suit your travel style and party size. At each facility the guest rooms are in a separate building from the dining venues and the spa building, and a shuttle bus runs between them.

It is one of Kyushu's largest all-weather spa theme parks, enjoyable in swimwear all year round. It has a wide range of bathing facilities including a natural hot spring communal bath, a stone sauna terrace, the BOOK & Ganban TERRACE and MINATO SPA, so you can enjoy it even in the rain. Hotel guests may use it free of charge both before check-in and after check-out.

It is natural hot spring water from our own source, 100% fed directly from the spring. The facility has a natural hot spring communal bath as well as a stone sauna and an open-air bath with a view (about 25 steps lead up to the open-air bath with a view).

There is a wide range of dining outlets and cafes, including the Ark Diner, Terrace Diner, Umi Cafe, Misaki Cafe, Minato Cafe, Niwa Cafe, Yu Cafe and Bakers Factory. Hotel guests can use the cafes free of charge before check-in and after check-out.
