Where can I catch the free shuttle bus?
A free shuttle bus to the hotel runs from the Nagasaki Station-mae stop (below the pedestrian bridge at the elevated plaza in front of the station). Free buses also run to Shin-Chinatown and Hamanomachi. Note that buses other than the number 5 for Inasayama Park do not come up as far as the hotel.
How do I get there from Nagasaki Station?
About 7 minutes by taxi from JR Nagasaki Station. A free shuttle bus also runs between the hotel and Nagasaki Station, Shin-Chinatown and Hamanomachi. By bus, take the number 5 Nagasaki bus (for Inasayama Park or Inasa-Kobu), alight at the Kanko Hotel-mae stop and walk about 1 minute.

Do you host weddings?
Luke Plaza Hotel is also well known as a wedding venue, with banquet rooms large and small, a Shinto hall, a chapel and waiting rooms. There are venues with different characters, including a large hall with a big screen and a British-style hall.

Check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 11:00. If you will check in after midnight, please contact the hotel in advance. All rooms are non-smoking.

Is the hotel accessible?
Wheelchairs are available to borrow. There are no accessible rooms as such, but we offer wheelchair users spacious rooms with no steps in the bathroom or toilet. There is an accessible toilet with ostomate facilities in the banquet area on the fifth floor.

How big are the rooms?
The rooms are a spacious 37 square metres as standard. In the harbour-side Premium Twin Harbour View you can take in the night view from the sofa.
What is the view from the rooms? Can I see the night view?
You can see the whole of the Nagasaki night view, recognised as one of the world's three finest and one of Japan's three finest. From the Premium Twin Harbour View in particular you can take in the splendid night view of Nagasaki Port from the sofa. The hotel also runs a Nagasaki night view tour.

Is there a hot spring or large bathing hall?
Luke Plaza Hotel has no hot spring bathing hall. Please use the bathroom in your room. The neighbouring Inasayama Kanko Hotel is the property with a bathing hall with a view.

Can I get to the sights on Mount Inasa?
The hotel stands halfway up Mount Inasa. Inasayama Park (at 333 m) is about 2.5 km away, about 10 minutes by car, making the hotel an ideal base for the 360-degree night view from the summit.

Our executive chef Kinoshita Takamichi, certified as a Nagasaki Meister, serves dishes that convey the appeal of Nagasaki. As well as local Nagasaki dishes using regional ingredients and the restaurants, there is also a cafe.
