How do I get there from JR Atami Station?
A free shuttle bus runs from JR Atami Station to the hotel, taking about 5 minutes. It is also about 10 minutes on foot.

When did the hotel open?
It opened on 21 January 1983. Part of it was renovated in March 2000. The building has eight floors above ground plus two penthouse levels.

What are the hot spring and communal bath like?
There is a hot spring communal bath with a jacuzzi commanding views of Sagami Bay and Hatsushima, where you can bathe while watching the sun rise over the horizon. Every room is also ocean-view.

What restaurants are there and what style are the meals?
There are several dining outlets, including the Japanese restaurant Shiosai, the Captain Cook steak corner, the Royal Cabin, the bar Jonathan and the late-night dining area Chidori. Dinner is normally served in two sittings (the first at 17:00-17:30 and the second at 19:30-20:00).

There are two car parks: one adjoining the hotel (25 spaces) and the first car park (20 spaces, 5 minutes' walk). Both are by advance booking only. The charge is 1,000 yen per car per night (including tax and service charge).
