The Re:Grand Opening in August 2025 offers 20 room types. Even standard rooms provide comfortable space of 20.5 square meters or more. "The Royal Floor," Hakodate's only suite rooms, features natural hot spring view baths in all rooms. New Western-style and Japanese-Western fusion rooms are 47 square meters with cooking facilities.

Floors 14–15 feature a natural hot spring large bath in infinity style, offering views of Hakodate's night scenery and the bay area while bathing. The men's bath includes a löyly sauna, and the women's bath features an aroma mist sauna. Free for guests.
