How do I get here from Gero Station?
After arriving at JR Takayama Main Line Gero Station, please call the hotel. We will pick you up by complimentary shuttle bus at any time (approximately 3 minutes). We will also take you back to Gero Station from the front entrance when you leave.

What kind of hot spring facilities are available?
On the 8th floor, there is a large open-air bath made entirely of hinoki (Japanese cypress) called "Hanamizuki no Yu" with views overlooking the Gero hot spring town. On the 2nd floor, there is a spa-type indoor bath "Cua Cardinal" equipped with a jacuzzi, rain shower, and sauna. You can use the facilities round the clock from check-in until check-out.

What kind of meals are provided?
Dinner features a popular all-you-can-eat buffet with over 50 items including churrasco, sushi, tempura, pasta, local Hida cuisine, and a dessert bar (with optional all-you-can-drink). There is also a kaiseki plan featuring Hida beef. Breakfast is a morning buffet with about 30 Japanese and Western dishes.
