Can I use the hot spring if I have a tattoo?
We do not permit guests with tattoos or irezumi (traditional Japanese tattoos) to enter, regardless of whether they are covered. Please note this in advance.
What kind of natural hot spring facilities do you have?
We are proud of our Shiki no Yu (Toki no Yu) Onsen, one of the largest natural hot spring facilities in the greater Tokyo area. It features separate men's and women's sections with hinoki cypress baths, jet baths, saunas, and open-air baths, as well as a time-slot mixed-gender open-air zone (swimwear and yukata required). There is also a 9-metre waterfall bath and a spa bar where guests can enjoy drinks while viewing the waterfall. Day-use onsen access is available for non-guests.
How do I use the mixed-gender open-air bath zone?
Swimwear or a yukata must be worn at all times in the mixed-gender open-air bath zone (both are available for purchase at the facility). It operates on a time-slot rotation system, and a separate fee applies.

What types of meals do you offer?
We have restaurants offering creative Japanese cuisine, authentic Cantonese Chinese, and buffet. The buffet features roast beef from Saitama brand cattle carved in front of you. All ingredients are sourced directly by our head chef from Toyosu market.
