Yes, a free shuttle bus runs between Sannomiya Station, Shin-Kobe Station and the hotel. Departures from Sannomiya run every 20 minutes between 9:00 and 21:40. Please see the official website for the full timetable.
How do I get there from Kobe Airport?
Take the Port Liner from Kobe Airport and change at Sannomiya for Shimin-Hiroba Station on the Port Liner, about 25-30 minutes in all. Shimin-Hiroba Station is directly connected to the hotel.

The view is our pride, from a hotel on Port Island surrounded by sea on all sides. The north side of the upper floors of the main building looks over the lights of Kobe, and the south side over the sea towards Kobe Airport.
