How do I get there from Tokyo or Shinjuku?
Please use the JR Ueno-Tokyo Line or the Shonan-Shinjuku Line. Urawa Station is about 28 minutes from both Tokyo Station and Shinjuku Station.
Which is the nearest station and how far is it?
The nearest station is JR Urawa Station, served by the Utsunomiya, Takasaki, Shonan-Shinjuku and Keihin-Tohoku lines. It is about 7 minutes' walk from the West Exit, or about 5 minutes from the Atre North Exit. A limousine bus also runs from Haneda Airport.

Are there rooms suited to groups or family trips?
A Japanese-style room can accommodate up to four guests. If you book two twin rooms we will arrange them close together (they may be on different floors if smoking preferences differ).

Saitama Super Arena is easily reached. The Railway Museum can also be reached via JR Omiya Station. Omiya Station is two stops from Urawa Station, and Saitama Stadium is also convenient.

Children are very welcome. Children sharing a bed stay free. Baby cots are also available to borrow (limited numbers). A Japanese-style room can accommodate up to four guests.
