Is it safe for families travelling with babies?
The new building Hanakamuri has elevators close by, making it convenient for families with babies and older guests. We also have guest rooms (33 rooms in total) certified as Welcome Baby accommodations by Miki House Child Research Institute.

Do you have rooms for workations?
Our "Japanese Modern Twin/Workation" rooms are equipped with a workation desk. These are 12 tatami Japanese rooms with Ryukyu tatami flooring and antibacterial beds (renovated and opened December 2021).
What is the difference between the main building (Tsuki Kamuri) and the new building (Hanakamuri)?
The main building Tsuki Kamuri offers pure Japanese-style rooms at reasonable rates with good access to the dining area and large bath. The new building Hanakamuri features large windows with views of the garden and stream, and has elevators nearby for convenient access. If you prioritise scenery, Hanakamuri is recommended.
How many room types do you have?
We offer 14 room types including rooms with private open-air baths, Japanese-style rooms, and bed-type rooms. You can choose according to your party size and travel style.
Do you have rooms with private open-air baths?
Yes, we offer special rooms with onsen open-air baths (1 room available) and Hanakamuri rooms with onsen open-air baths (4 rooms available). All open-air baths use onsen water.
Do you have rooms suitable for solo travellers or business use?
We have Tsuki Kamuri 4.5 tatami rooms (Japanese-style) and single rooms. Both offer reasonable rates and access to the onsen.

How many hot springs are there? What kinds of baths do you have?
We have 17 baths (across 3 large bathhouses) using 3 private hot springs. You can enjoy a variety of baths including rock open-air baths, standing baths, and private baths.

We offer two styles. At "Satoyama Dining" you can enjoy seasonal dishes in buffet style, and the "Japanese Set Meal Style" offers local speciality cuisine prepared in traditional set meal format.
