How do I get to the Yubatake?
A free shuttle bus runs between the hotel and Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal (the Yubatake in the evening), available before check-in and after check-out with no booking needed.

What are the opening hours of Termetherme?
The Termetherme pool and hot spring is open 11:00-20:00 on weekdays and 10:00-20:00 at weekends. The hotel's own bathing hall is closed for cleaning 11:00-14:30.

What are the qualities and sources of the hot spring?
We draw on three sources — Yubatake, Bandaiko and Watanoyu — with the water flowing continuously from the source. As well as the large bathing hall, you can use the hot spring at the Termetherme facility. The water is a chloride and sulphate spring, a sulphur spring and acidic.

Can I send luggage in advance?
We will hold it at the front desk. When sending it, please write the date of your stay, the name of the lead guest and the building you are staying in (hotel, log house and so on). Bringing your copy of the dispatch slip makes checking easier.

Is there a choice besides the buffet?
As well as the buffet, Japanese and Western course dinners are available. Lunch is served at the garden cafe Patio on B1F from 12:00 to 14:30 (last orders 14:00), with hamburgers, pasta, curry and more (closed on irregular days).

There is free parking for 160 vehicles, available before check-in and after check-out. A car-sharing service is also available in front of Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal.

About 25 minutes by JR Bus Kanto from Naganohara-Kusatsuguchi Station on the JR Agatsuma Line, alighting at Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal, from where a free hotel shuttle runs (please call after 17:00). About 90 minutes from Shibukawa-Ikaho IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway, or about 60 minutes from Usui-Karuizawa IC on the Joshin-etsu Expressway.
