Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms.

Check-in is 15:00–18:00 and check-out is 10:00. Check-in before 15:00 is not available, but from 12:00 onwards we can hold your luggage and park your car. These times may vary depending on your plan.

There are 70 rooms in various styles including Japanese rooms, Western rooms, Japanese-Western rooms, and "Kishigon Suite". In March 2020, 20 rooms on the 6th and 7th floors were renovated into Japanese-style bedrooms. Rooms facing the Akagi and Haruna sides offer views of the Joshu mountains.

Cash, all major credit cards, PayPay, au Pay, Rakuten Edy, nanaco, Suica, WAON, iD, and LINE Pay are accepted. For JAL travel vouchers and JTB Nice Gift certificates, please inform us at check-in.

A total of 13 baths across the main building, annexe, bath house, and foot bath are all fed by pure hot spring water. You can enjoy bathing at three bathhouses: a cypress wood open-air bath recreating a Meiji 14 woodblock print, an observation large bath, and a historic retro large bath. There are 2 private open-air baths (fee-based, reservation required).

The 2 private open-air baths (fee-based) can be reserved in advance by calling 0279-72-3105. We can also show you availability at check-in if there are any openings on the day.

We use Ikaho Onsen's "golden water". The distinctive tea-brown colour comes from iron oxidising when exposed to air. The spring water is completely unfiltered and recirculation-free (heated in winter). With a generous flow of approximately 300+ litres per minute, it is beneficial for neuralgia, muscle pain, poor circulation, and chronic dermatitis.

We can arrange cakes and flower bouquets for an additional fee. Please request these at least 5 days in advance when making your reservation or by phone. We may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of or the day before your stay.

Mizusawa Kannon, Haruna Shrine, Ikaho Shrine, Tokutaro Yamamoto Ikaho Memorial Museum, Hara Museum, and Ikaho Green Farm are in the vicinity. Stone Step Street is just a few seconds' walk from the ryokan entrance.

Dinner consists of a kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) featuring fresh local vegetables from Gunma, Akagi beef, Joshu beef, and seafood delivered fresh daily from Toyosu Market, served in a dining room with Taisho-era charm. Breakfast is offered as either a buffet or Japanese set meal.

Since Stone Step Street is narrow and steep, the parking space in front of the entrance is reserved for guests with mobility difficulties. Other guests should use Parking Lot 4 in front of Ikaho Elementary School (321-1 Ikaho, Ikaho-cho, Shibukawa, Gunma Prefecture). Please call us when you arrive at the parking lot and we will pick you up. An EV charger is also available (reservation required, 500 yen for 2 hours).

From JR Joetsu Line Shibukawa Station, take a Kan'etsu Kōtsū bus bound for Ikaho Onsen for about 30 minutes and get off at the final stop, then walk 5–10 minutes. From Ikaho Stone Step Street bus stop on the Jōshū Yumeguri Express bus, walk 5–10 minutes.
